Your quarterly assessment payment can be paid on this website.  Please check your account information for the specific amount due on your account, as this can differ depending on your neighborhood.  There is a fee for any online payments by echeck or credit card.  

If you would rather avoid a payment fee, there are three free methods to make a payment:

1. Mail a paper check or online banking check to:

2. Drop off a check at the Aquatic Center:

3. Download and complete the Direct Debit Form.  This form is located under the “Documents" tab in the “Forms” folder, or you can click here: https://goodman.cincwebaxis.com/account/d/316

Just attach a copy of a voided check to your completed Direct Debit Form and email, fax, or mail these documents back to our office.  Utilizing this Direct Debit Form guarantees your payment will never be late, lost in the mail, and if the quarterly assessment amount changes, we will automatically make the change for you.   

***Whichever payment method you choose, please make sure your account number is ALWAYS listed on the payment, and the payment is made out to Magnolia Green Owners Association.
