Once you have registered for the community website, and your registration has been approved, you will have access to your community documents, community updates, communications from the Board of Directors, and the details of your financial account with The Arbors at New Kent Vineyards. 

Your monthly assessment payment can be paid on this website.  There is a fee for any online payments by echeck or credit card.  If you are looking to avoid this fee, there are three free methods to make a payment:

1. Mail a paper check or online banking check to:

2. Drop off a check in person at our local office:

3. Download and complete the Direct Debit Form.  This form is located under “Documents & Committee Information” in the “Forms” folder.  Just attach a copy of a voided check to your completed Direct Debit Form and email, fax, or mail them back to our office.  Utilizing this Direct Debit Form guarantees your payment will never be late, lost in the mail, and if the monthly assessment amount changes, we will automatically make the change for you.   

***Whichever payment method you choose, please make sure your account number is ALWAYS listed on the payment, and the payment is made out to The Arbors at New Kent Vineyards Property Owners Association, Inc.
